Sarai + Roberto's winter wedding was filled with so much joy and laughter. Every time I saw them I could tell that they were perfect for each other. I am honored to have been able to capture their wedding day... and their crazy dance moves on the dance floor ;)
This styled shoot at Garfield Park Conservatory was a dream to capture.
THAT dress - enough said. The groom looked handsome from head to toe. The florals got me daydreaming about Spring. Anyone with a flower crown has got me swooning. Handmade wedding bands uniquely designed. Macrame designs throughout to add a touch of boho flare. Watercolor paper goods that are simply gorgeous. So much more boho-chic details here. Emma is such a free spirit and I love it. This was one of those sessions that came together rather quickly with a stop at a local thrift shop for an outfit (isn't it gorgeous?!) and grocery store for some fresh florals... and just like that we had a vintage/boho goddess. And, this winter wonderland backdrop made for an even more dreamy shoot. Insert cat heart eye emoji here.
This Chicago winter engagement session at Millennium Park and the Chicago Cultural Center was all sorts of beautiful. I am truly looking forward to when these two tie the knot this March!
I met Jazmin through rugby in college - YES, I used to play rugby - fullback to be exact. Not only is Jazmin a rockstar on the rugby field, but she is also such a sweet and loving gal. I'm so happy that she has found her hilarious mate, Keith, to spend her life with. Seriously, Keith and Jazmin had me laughing this whole session! I am truly looking forward to photographing their wedding next Fall.
This family shoot with Jake, Amy, Kayla and Mason was such a treat! County Line Orchard in the Fall created the perfect backdrop. You can clearly see the joy that they all bring to each other. I am also so grateful to call them my family!

This session was filled with constant smiles, adorable dogs, dances to some Norah Jones, a few broken cattails, and contagious laughter.
Chris, Dawn, Ben, Bethany, Brett and Brianna's family session started out with Chris (dad) calling me Tricia - Brett (his son) told him that was my name. When Chris said this I looked confused, but quickly realized what happened as everyone, except Chris, was laughing hysterically. It was a great way to kick off this family session!
The man who has supported and encouraged me through this whole process of creating this business - inevitably became my model at times.
These two are so thrilled to get married. Throughout this whole session I could hear them talking to each other about their excitement. It was such a joy to be able to capture these photos for them before they embark on the amazing journey of marriage.
This girl is near and dear to my heart. We've been friends since we were 3 years old. We've gotten into many shenanigans together and it is such treat that she has moved back to Illinois and has found someone that loves her dearly.
Cortney - also my younger sister - is an absolute beaut. We spontaneously embarked on this styled shoot and I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out!
These two are absolutely beautiful and it was their wedding that actually brought my husband and I together. I have much love for these two. This golden hour shoot on their Chicago rooftop was just too good.
Rob and Erin were such a fun couple to work with. They laughed so much throughout this shoot and it was a great to capture these moments for them.
Even though it rained throughout the whole shoot, these two were troopers. I was smiling ear to ear editing these.
